Powder Filling: Accuracy Across 10–1000 g



The system is designed for 10–1000 g powder filling, with special engineering considerations based on filling weight.



10–500 g Powder Filling



  • Standard screw auger filling system
  • Powder weight accuracy is not affected by internal pressure
  • Stable and repeatable dosing performance




Above 500 g Powder Filling



When powder weight exceeds 500 g, vacuum conveying may cause uneven pressure inside the screw auger hopper, which can lead to larger dosing deviations.

Advanced Dust Removal System

Special Powder Hopper with Vacuum Dust Collection



  • Powder hopper is connected to a vacuum dust collector
  • During powder discharge, airborne dust around the hopper is immediately extracted




Pouch Mouth Dust Cleaning



  • The pouch mouth is gently tapped to remove residual powder
  • Loose powder is extracted by the vacuum dust system
  • Prevents powder residue from affecting heat sealing quality




Dust Recovery



  • Collected powder can be recycled and reused, reducing material waste







Air Evacuation and Final Sealing



After powder and scoop insertion:


  • Excess air inside the pouch is evacuated
  • The pouch is heat sealed
  • The pouch is shaped and stabilized
  • Finished products are discharged smoothly via conveyor
