Stick Pack to StandUp Zipper Pouch Packing Machine

The Stick Pack to StandUp Zipper Pouch Packing Machine is designed to automate the secondary packaging of multiple stick packs into stand-up zipper pouches. Through an automatic disorderly sorting system, it connects seamlessly with a form fill seal (FFS) stick pack machine, efficiently sorting stick packs in random order. After passing through a checkweigher that removes unqualified products, the system accurately counts and groups the qualified sticks—such as 10, 12, 15, 18, or 20 per pouch—before loading them into the zipper pouches. It is compatible with stick packs of various sizes, making it suitable for industries such as health supplements, instant beverages, pharmaceuticals, and condiments.

Our ZP-8R200 Premade Pouch Packing Machine works perfectly with this system. Simply place the pre-made stand-up zipper pouches into the bag magazine and press one button to start. The machine automatically proceeds with bag feeding, coding, opening, filling, sealing, and finished product discharge.

For enhanced operator safety and visibility, the system includes tri-color signal lights (red, orange, green) and four safety door indicators, providing real-time machine status alerts during operation.
