Continuous Rotary Vacuum Packaging Technology

The ZOMUKIKAI ZP-8R160-10 rotary bag vacuum machine combines intermittent filling with a continuous rotary vacuum system. Products are accurately dosed into premade pouches before entering the vacuum chamber, where air is removed and the pouch is heat sealed to improve freshness and product protection.

Designed for Premade Vacuum Pouches

The machine supports a wide range of premade pouch formats including three-side seal bags, stand-up pouches, shaped pouches and laminated barrier bags. Its rotary transfer mechanism provides smooth pouch handling and stable sealing quality throughout continuous production.
